I was dressing up in my room the other day and wanted to spice up my look with a camo top, the thought of Nigerian army and what they can do to me in public gripped my heart.
I could recall similar stories, occasion and occurrence where Nigeria citizens have been flogged/beaten or slapped in public for putting a camo top, cap or shot.
I have heard of horror tales of how civilians caught wearing a camo cap, shirt or pants are made to do the frog jump in public. However, this hasn’t stopped celebrities/entertainers from wearing it and making it a symbol of coolness and badassness.
Is it really against the law to have a touch of camo in your dressing?
Why are celebrities exempted from the punishment of wearing a camo?
Whether we like it or not, camouflage is definitely here to stay.
